The extremely rare, endangered Himalayan Takin, Budorcas Taxicolor, the national animal of the Kingdom of Bhutan. The Takin lives in heards high in the Himalayan Mountains (13,000 ft and higher), living on a diet of dwarf bamboo. Like the Kodiaks, these two guys look loke they are a bit hot, in the summer swelter of Pretoria.
